What we are

RESORTS.COM.FJ is a property marketing platform. We advertise and promote resorts and islands for sale and for rent on behalf of their owners and appointed agents, and forward enquiries to them. We do not negotiate, hold funds, provide legal or financial advice, or act for any party in a transaction, and we do not earn a commission on any sale or lease.

Listings

Every listing (its description, photos, price or rate, tenure and any other claim) is supplied by the owner or their agent. We review submissions against our content guidelines but do not independently verify title, boundaries, consents, figures or availability. Listings are indicative and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Always carry out your own due diligence with your own lawyer and a licensed local agent.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation. Enquiries about a listing are forwarded to that property's owner or agent, who deals with you directly.

Advertising

Advertising packages are fixed-term and priced in Fijian dollars (FJD). They do not auto-renew; we email a reminder before a listing expires. Fees are for the advertising service only and are non-refundable once a listing is live. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listing and for holding the rights to any images supplied.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RESORTS.COM.FJ accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site or from any dealings with a listed property, owner, agent or third party.
