What we collect

When you send an enquiry, apply to advertise a property, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to provide: phone number, country, the listing or package you're interested in, and your message.

How we use it

Enquiries about a listing are forwarded to that property's owner or appointed agent so they can respond to you directly. Other enquiries are answered by the platform team. We do not sell your information or share it for third-party marketing. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Advertisers

If you advertise with us we also hold the listing details, billing information and the expiry date of your package, and we email you a reminder before it lapses.
